Woman's Club of South Norfolk hosts scholarship luncheon
The Woman's Club of South Norfolk recently awarded three $1000 scholarships to area students: two to graduates of Oscar Smith High school and one to a student at Tidewater Community College.
The luncheon also honored past and present presidents of the organiation.
